Payment methods accepted are: Personal check, Money Order, Cashiers Check.
•Auto Debit:
We offer electronic funds transfer from your checking or savings
account for the sewer charges. If you would like this service, please
download the ACH form on the website, fill out the form and return it
as soon as possible. Once ACH is set up on your account it typically
takes 2 months to see the first payment withdrawn. The payments are
taken out of your account on the 10th of each month or the first
business day after if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday. It is
your responsibility to make sure you are paying your bill until ACH is
active.
Please note: If you need to cancel your auto debit, please contact our
office as soon as possible. If the bank file has been transmitted, it
may be the following bill cycle for the cancellation to take effect.
•Credit Card payments:
You can pay your sewer payment by credit card. This is offered through
PayGov, a third party provider. A 3% convenience fee will be
reflected and will be shown prior to processing the payment. Once the
total amount is shown, you will have the option to cancel the
transaction.

You can find their app in the App Store under the name PayGOV. Once
you have registered to use the app you will need to enter the Location
Code for West Lakes Regional Sewer District which is 37338.
Their direct website is www.PayGOV.us. Click on the button “Make A
Payment” located in either the top right or bottom left corner of the
screen. On the next screen enter the Location Code: 37338 in the box
to locate West Lakes Regional Sewer District and click on the ‘make a
payment’ tab. Fill out the required information and submit.
