If you are having an issue with your sewer, please contact our Maintenance at 260-350-7036 FIRST. We will tell you if the issue is on our end or not. As a reminder, from your home to the pit is your responsibility so any issues or expenses incurred in that area are not the responsibility of the District. Any plumber costs incurred are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by the District under any circumstances.
CURRENT RATES
- Residential (per home) & Commercial (up to first 3 employees): $100.28 (Billing Fee $6.87 + User Charge $51.81 + Bond Payment – $41.60
- Vacant lots: $48.47 (Billing fee $6.87 + Bond Payment -$41.60)
- A copy of the rate hearing with a detail of the rates for the next 3 years is posted under the ‘Official Documents’ tab on the website.
Billing is made up of three components
Billing Fee – $6.87
User Charge – $51.81
Bond Payment – $41.60
PLEASE NOTE ANY RATE INCREASE IS ON BILLING & USER CHARGE ONLY – THE BOND AMOUNT WILL STAY THE SAME UNTIL PAID OFF IN 2047.
